The Montréal Canadiens announced their upcoming 2010 preseason schedule. They are the away team for the October 2nd game.
From the team's official news release:
But before the puck drops on the 102nd season in Montréal, Habs fans have seven preseason games (including five at home) to look forward to beginning September 22nd. Québec City will also be welcoming NHL hockey back to the Colisée, with an October 2nd game between the Habs and Islanders on the docket.
The Canadiens' 2010 preseason schedule is as follows:
(game start times are in Eastern Time)
September 22 - vs. Boston, 7:30 PM
September 24 - vs. Ottawa, 7:30 PM
September 25 - at Ottawa, 7:00 PM
September 26 - vs. Minnesota, 7:00 PM
September 27 - vs. Florida, 7:30 PM
September 30 - vs. Buffalo, 7:30 PM
October 2 - vs. New York Islanders (in Québec City), 7:00 PM
