The Colorado Avalanche announced their upcoming 2010 preseason schedule. They are the away team for the upcoming Frozen Fury 13 game on October 2nd.

In addition to its regular season schedule, the Avalanche also announced today its preseason schedule for 2010-2011. Colorado will play seven exhibition games, the team's most preseason contests since 2003-2004, when they also had seven. The Avs will face the same three opponents, meeting Dallas (three times), Los Angeles (twice) and St. Louis (twice).
Colorado's preseason home dates are Wednesday, September 22nd vs. Los Angeles, Sunday, September 26th vs. St. Louis and Tuesday, September 28th vs. Dallas. All preseason home games will start at 7:00 PM. The Avs will conclude the exhibition slate with the annual Frozen Fury matchup against the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday, October 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

September 21 - at St. Louis, 8:00 PM
September 22 - vs. Los Angeles, 9:00 PM
September 24 - at Dallas, 8:30 PM
September 26 - vs. St. Louis, 9:00 PM

September 30 - at Dallas, 8:30 PM
October 2 - vs. Los Angeles (in Las Vegas), 9:00 PM
