2011 Nashville Predators preseason schedule

The Nashville Predators announced their 2011 preseason schedule. They are the away team for the September 20th game.

From the team's official news release:

Nashville Predators president of hockey operations/general manager David Poile announced today that the Predators will open their eight-game 2011 preseason schedule with a franchise-first doubleheader at the BankAtlantic Center on Monday, September 19th. The eight preseason games are the most the franchise has played since the 2002-2003 campaign.

Nashville's preseason schedule includes three home games: Saturday, September 24th against Winnipeg; Wednesday, September 28th vs. the Washington Capitals and Saturday, October 1st against the Carolina Hurricanes. All three games at Bridgestone Arena will start at 7:00 PM Central Time.

In addition to their doubleheader in South Florida, the Predators will take part in the Baltimore Hockey Classic on September 20th at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, where they'll play the Washington Capitals and travel to Carolina (September 23th) and Winnipeg (September 30th) on consecutive Fridays.


The Predators' 2011 preseason schedule is as follows:

September 19* - at Florida, 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM
September 20 - vs. Washington (in Baltimore), 7:00 PM
September 23 - at Carolina, 7:00 PM
September 24 - vs. Winnipeg, 8:00 PM
September 28 - vs. Washington, 8:00 PM
September 30 - at Winnipeg, 8:30 PM
October 1 - vs. Carolina, 8:00 PM
