The Pittsburgh Penguins announced their 2010 preseason schedule. The team also revealed that their home games will now begin at 7:00 PM Eastern Time unless noted in the upcoming season schedule.

The Pittsburgh Penguins will open their 2010 preseason schedule with the first hockey game ever played at CONSOL Energy Center – Wednesday, September 22nd against the Detroit Red Wings at 7:00 p.m.
The team announced its six-game preseason schedule, which includes home-and-home matchups with Detroit, the Columbus Blue Jackets and the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks.
The other home games are Saturday, September 25th against Columbus and Tuesday, September 28th against Chicago - both starting at 7:00 p.m.
The Penguins' 2010 preseason schedule is as follows:

September 22 - vs. Detroit, 7:00 PM
September 24 - at Columbus, 7:00 PM
September 25 - vs. Columbus, 7:00 PM
September 28 - vs. Chicago, 7:00 PM
October 1 - at Chicago, 8:30 PM
October 3 - at Detroit, 5:00 PM
