But the Montréal Canadiens will host the Pittsburgh Penguins in their sixth visit since 2009, with the game on September 28th. Scheduled puck drop is at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
That is really not the big story. So, what is it then?
It will the first NHL game at the new Vidéotron Centre.

Even though the city has bigger aspirations of having the NHL back completely, they will have to settle for exhibition contests.
But in the meantime, the QMJHL's Quebec Remparts will be the arena's primary tenant as they have at Colisée Pepsi since 1999. They will christen the 18,482-seat arena on September 12th against the Rimouski Océanic.
